Sons of the Forest is a huge success with more than 2 million copies sold in 24 hours

Within just 24 hours of being released through Early Access, the promising survival-adventure game Sons of the Forest has sold more than two million copies to date. It was also a huge hit on Steam, with over 350,000 concurrent users playing the game at the same time.

Sons of the Forest is set on a mysterious island full of cannibals and mutants, and the player sets out on a quest to find a missing billionaire, with his building and crafting skills must be used to defend himself against the hostile wildlife.

The game developer, developer Endnight Games, shared with us the news of the game’s sales via his cloud on the Twitter platform , stressing at the same time that there are many distinct things that the game will get in the near future, and the developer followed through his account:

Thank you to those of you who have joined us on the Sons of the Forest Early Access journey, we've sold over 2 million copies in the first 24 hours, and we're very excited about what's next for players in the coming weeks.

The game that combines in its style between RPG games, where you have to use the environment surrounding you to forge weapons and build houses and walls for protection, and between survival games that require you to withstand attacks from zombies and other strange creatures, some of which will attack you at night and some in broad daylight.
