The leak revealed more violent movements
Mortal Kombat 2 has been a long time since its release but hacking geeks can do anything. The source code of the game has been leaked and even some internal clips of hidden content that we have not known about for years since its release, such as movements and more, have been published.
The history of the game gained unprecedented momentum and controversy due to the violent scenes, but with the controversy that was hovering around it during 1992, the series found itself in 11 other parts. Bloody Disgusting Monitoring these leaks from someone's channel shows us a video of the leaked source code, which is about two and a half hours long. In the clip, we see some new movements, which were more violent than the final version.
There are a variety of secrets in the video that pretty much no one has seen until now in Mortal Kombat 2 , and this isn't the only time new information has surfaced about Mortal Kombat because almost two years ago, a Mortal Kombat video revealed one of Scorpion's new moves.
The series continues unabated with the release of the mobile game Mortal Kombat: Onslaught that will be released this year, fans of the series will once again be able to encounter some of the most classic fighters in all of gaming. But for many, the main series releases are always the de facto Mortal Kombat games for them.
In any case, it seems that the studio developing the game is working on the next part of the series, after many hints over the past months.
